By downloading, installing, or using BuzzReel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BuzzReel. Please read them carefully before using our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use BuzzReel. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. License & Usage Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on your personal iOS device.
- Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All content available through BuzzReel — including but not limited to videos, images, text, graphics, logos, audio, and software — is owned by or licensed to BuzzReel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the App without authorization.
- Download, record, or capture any video content except through features explicitly provided by the App.
- Use any content for commercial purposes.
- Circumvent or disable any content protection mechanisms.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
7. Purchases & Subscriptions
BuzzReel may offer in-app purchases, including subscriptions and virtual currency ("Coins"). By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
- Payment — All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. You agree to Apple's payment terms and conditions.
- Pricing — Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
- Refunds — Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies. Contact Apple Support for refund-related inquiries.
- Subscriptions — Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
- Virtual Items — Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable.
8. Advertising
BuzzReel may display third-party advertisements. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Advertisements may be displayed during your use of the App.
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
- Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.
- You may manage ad personalization preferences through your device settings.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free.
- That the content available through the App will be accurate, reliable, or complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuzzReel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App.
- Any content obtained from or through the App.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any third-party conduct or content on the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuzzReel and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
- You must cease all use and delete the App from your devices.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Notify you through the App or via email for significant changes.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
